How we use it
Your information is used only to contact you about your request, confirm availability, arrange delivery and payment, and keep a record of your order history. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages
We send text messages about your order only if you agree to it. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying or calling.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a private, password-protected system that only Rainbow Natural Foods can access. Chat conversations with the assistant are saved with your request so we can prepare your order accurately.
